Start a new tradition this November with daily gratitude cards. Take a few moments each day to write down one thing you are grateful for and share as a family over dinner. Older children or parents can help the younger ones think of things that make them happy. Keep them in a gratitude scrapbook or a simple "blessings box" (aka empty shoe box). If you or your children are feeling sad, alone, angry, or just want to be reminded of your blessings, you can pull out these daily reminders of all you have to be grateful for. When you go to gratitude, you will find peace, hope, happiness, and love.
